The Main Course for your BBQ Catering or Hog Roast

We offer a comprehensive range of foods with which to assemble the main course for your event. The feature attraction being our wood-fired meats and vegetables, however we offer a wide range of foods for vegetarians, too. We can serve your main course as a buffet, to tables on individual plates, or to tables on platters – see our services section for details.

Wood-Fired Roasts

These are our wood-fired roasts for those wishing to serve a hog roast, lamb roast, or beef roast to their guests. You can choose between various different cuts of meat, with different preparations. All hot-smoked on site at your event on our original wood-fired grills using the hardwood of your choice. Note that, with the exception of our burnt ends, our roasts are all 225g of meat per portion, perfectly sufficient to serve as the only meat for a main course.


Wood-Fired Mixed Grill

This is our menu for those wishing to serve a mixed grill as part of their BBQ catering. All items freshly grilled at your event on our original wood pellet grills using the hardwood of your choice. We recommend 3 different items from here for a mixed grill. Served with a selection of 5 free table sauces being Burger Sauce, Minted Yogurt , Mustard, Mayo, Peri-Peri, Tomato.

Cooked Vegetables

Choose from our comprehensive selection of healthy cooked vegetables to compete your catering menu. We season all our vegetables with herbs butter, but we also offer an option to have the butter replaced with dairy-free, vegan butter – see our services for details.  


Vegetarian Pastries

While our vegetarian pastries are of course very suitable to vegetarians, we make no attempt whatsoever to dissuade meat-eaters from eating them, so please bear this in mind when you’re having us serve them from a buffet as they are very popular indeed. 


Vegetarian Stews & Bakes

There are no meats whatsoever in our bakes and stews, and a number of them are also suitable for your vegan guests. If you order them exclusively for non- meat eaters and we’re serving them from a buffet, ensure that the vegans and vegetarians queue up first to avoid them being gobbled up by meat eaters!


Salads

A wonderful choice of salads and couscous to accompany your wood-fired BBQ catering. Our tomato, caesar and greek salads are all made fresh on site with beautiful dressings. Add up to 3 items from here to complete your BBQ catering and aim for a balance of starchy and leafy salads.
