As is the case with all our BBQ catering services, our mixed grill foods are hot-smoked right at your event on our wood-fired grills, using the hardwood of your choice, then seasoned and served from a buffet that we will have ready for you at the serving time that you specify for your main course during checkout on our website.
Alternatively you can also specify (see service preferences) if you prefer us to Cook Off-Site, but Serve On-Site – or simply Deliver to your Door; the latter being our ‘Drop & Go’ BBQ catering service, in which case our wonderful wood-fired BBQ catering foods will arrive at your place or event like take-aways.
