Beef Roast Preparation
As is the case with all our BBQ catering, wedding catering, and party catering services, our wood-fired beef ribeye roasts are hot-smoked at your event on our wood-fired grills using the hardwood of your choice, then carved, seasoned and served from a buffet that we will have ready for you at the serving time that you specify for your main course during checkout on our website.
Alternatively you can also explicitly specify (see service preferences) that you want us to Cook Off-Site, but Serve On-Site – or simply Deliver to your Door; the latter being what we call our ‘Drop & Go’ beef roast catering service, in which case our wonderful wood-fired beef ribeye roast will arrive at your place or event in the same manner that take-aways would.
Beef Roast Seasoning
Seasoned with our own blend of sauce and seasonings – including our own in-house beef roast spice blend which contains, amongst others, Bay Leaf, Cardamom, Onion, Mustard, and Pepper.
As is customary in the world of professional BBQ catering and pitmasters, the exact recipe of our beef roast dressing is a trade secret and guarded as closely as the king’s gold!
