Create Your own Festival Catering Menu

Our festival catering service is intended for festivals, fairs, fetes etc where you wish to have us come and sell our wood-fired foods to your guests or attendees as opposed to paying for it all up-front. All our hot foods are freshly prepared on site at your event on our wood-fired grills.

Simply add to cart all the foods you wish to have us serve at your festival, then once you’re happy with the menu you’ve made for your festival catering simply proceed to checkout to place your order and reserve your date in our calendar.

We provide fried onions with all our burgers/rolls, as well as a selection of self-service sauces being mustard, tomato sauce, burger sauce etc. Our festival catering foods are served in compostable packaging such as PLA tubs and paper wraps plus napkins.

Festival Catering FAQs

Serving Date & Times

You will select your event date and serving start time during the checkout process when placing your order on our website. We will serve from the serving time you choose until either we have run out of stock or people stop buying. Naturally we will stay as long as possible in order to sell all our stock.

Serving Capacity

By default we are set up to serve 75 people per hour, however we scale this up or down depending on how many people you expect to attend your event, and how long or short your expected service duration is. Please provide any insights in this regard in the order notes field when placing your order on our website.

Minimum Quantities

As with all the services we provide, the foods here on our festival catering menu are offered ‘per portion’ and you will see that you can’t order less than say, 50 or 100 portions of each, which reflects our minimum order quantities for a given item.

Staff/Chefs

We bring our own chefs to cook and serve our wood-fired foods at your festival catering, and the more food you order the more staff we will bring.

Payment Methods

We will accept both cash and card payments on site, thereby increasing sales by offering your visitors a convenient selection of payment options. You are welcome to sell food coupons for your event which people can come and redeem at our stand. We would however require payment from you at the end of the day by either cash or card for all coupons collected, offset against any revenue sharing we may owe you. 

10% Deposit

We will ask you to pay a 10% deposit of the retail value of the foods you order for us to come and sell at your festival, which you can recover through our revenue sharing model, outlined below.

20% Revenue Sharing

We offer a 20% festival catering revenue sharing model, whereby we will give you a kick-back of 20% of our nett sales revenues from our festival catering sales at your event. The prices you see here on this page for our festival catering foods are the retail prices that we will charge for the items at your event.

Pitch Fees

In the light of our revenue sharing model we do not pay pitch fees (real estate rental) for doing festival catering, and neither do we offer a refuse removal service. Note that we need a healthy supply of power on site (3000 watts or more) for our food warmers, if not let us know so we can bring a generator.
